- Full Refund: If a booking is canceled 7 days or more before the scheduled travel date, you are eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable deposits or administrative fees.
- Partial Refund: For cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to the trip, a 50% refund will be processed, excluding non-refundable deposits.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled travel date are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by TripQila:
In the unlikely event that TripQila has to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or operational issues), customers will be offered the following options:
- Full refund of the booking amount.
- Option to reschedule the trip at no additional cost.
3. Refund for Missed Activities:
If certain activities included in your itinerary are canceled due to external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, local regulations), we will offer a pro-rated refund for the affected activities only.
Return Policy for Digital Products
TripQila may offer downloadable or digital guides, itineraries, and other products. These digital items are non-returnable once purchased. However, if you experience any issues with accessing the content or if the product does not match the description, please reach out to our support team, and we will resolve the issue.
